I will be having a 10 minute healthy meals class Saturday August 13, 2011 from 3pm-5:30pm @ the Garden of Natural Health
Class will include:
-20 min indepth powerpoint presentation on the best diet for your body.
- Sauerkraut/Lactofermented veggie demonstration and tasting
-How to make two 10 min healthy meals and plan a 4 day eating schedule
- Introduction to the Weston A. Price Foundation
-Specialty items will be available for purchase (sauerkraut, kimchee, kvass, lactofermented veggies and flavored goat ghees).
